Investigators believe that the three men arrested in connection with Monday’s murder targeted the victim to rob him of marijuana, authorities said.
Ronald Cosper, 18; Devante Stoudemire, 20; and Dustin Hayes, 18, are in custody and in the process of completing the arrest warrants Tuesday night, according to police spokesman Nathan Hartwig.
According to Cosper will be charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a fiream, and especially aggravated robbery. Stoudemire will be charged with felony murder and especially aggravated robbery. Hayes will be charged with accessory to felony murder, false report and especially aggravated robbery.
