Kyle Russell's three-run home run to center in the top of the 11th inning catapulted Chattanooga to a 4-1 win over the Mississippi Braves and its third consecutive victory and a 4-3 record in the Southern League's second half.
The Lookouts opened the fifth inning with singles by Luis Nunez, Jake Lemmerman and Matt Wallach and took a 1-0 lead when Rafael Ynoa reached on a one-out fielding error.
The Braves tied it later in the fifth on Keenan Wiley's single to left that scored Alden Carrithers.
Next game: Game three of a five-game series in Mississippi is tonight at 8:05 Eastern.
Pitchers: Ethan Martin (6-3, 3.25) is scheduled to start for the Lookouts, with Zeke Spruill (5-7, 3.90) scheduled for the Braves.
