.Joe Bill Stephens Jr., 62, of Hixson, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2012.He was preceded in death by his father, Joe B. Stephens Sr.; grandmothers, Juanita Phillips and Ada Stephens; and his uncle, Billy Phillips.Survivors are his wife, Sue Stephens; daughter, Tina Stephens-Fritz and her husband, Doug; son, Jeff Stephens and his wife, Amanda; mother, Jean Stephens; and grandchildren, Ashley, Colton and Jackson and (soon to arrive) J.T. Extended family includes Rita Heggie, Robert Terry, Jimmy and David Phillips, Julie Schaad, Christy Phillips; and his closest friend, Wendell Clowers.Funeral services are 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Lane Funeral Home with Rev.
